These Terms of Service govern your use of the website evolutionelectricals.com and the services provided by Evolution Electrical Contractor Group, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Evolution Electricals provides licensed electrical contracting services in South Florida, including but not limited to panel upgrades, EV charger installation, lighting design, troubleshooting, residential wiring, and commercial electrical work. All work is performed under Florida State Electrical Contractor License EC13005989.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free visual estimates for most standard residential and commercial projects within our service area. For complex diagnostics requiring circuit testing or wall access, a standard service fee applies. This fee is credited toward the cost of repair if you choose to proceed. All pricing is provided in writing before work begins.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule appointments within 3–5 business days for non-emergency work. Emergency services (smoking outlets, sparking panels, total power loss) receive priority same-day or next-day response. We appreciate 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before materials are ordered. Final payment is due upon completion of work and passing of any required inspections.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. All labor carries a warranty as specified in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to you. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality, access restricted areas, or use automated systems to scrape content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Evolution Electrical Contractor Group, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
